Providing a comprehensive range of services relating to the operation of our Customers’ estate.

This typically includes such activities as; Planned and Reactive Maintenance, Intelligent Helpdesk , Waste Management, Catering , Cleaning , Pest Control , Laundry  and Security.

Planned Preventative Maintenance
Turner Facilities Management believes a good planned maintenance programme will ensure that our Customers’ assets deliver the required function and level of performance in a sustainable manner. It will also minimise any reactive maintenance activities as properly maintained assets are much less likely to break down or fail.

In addition to this Turner Facilities Management provides a full range of Planned Maintenance Services, complemented by Reactive Maintenance activities in accordance with the service level agreements, which we have agreed with our Customers.

Intelligent Helpdesk
Turner Facilities Management Intelligent Helpdesk is a centralised single point of contact for our Customers’, specialising in the provision of reactive maintenance requests together with other contract specific requirements.

Our experienced personnel are fully trained to ensure that they provide an efficient and effective service for our Customers 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.

The Helpdesk data centre is a common information storage area, which collates management information and can be utilised to determine trends in reports and faults. We provide service improvement recommendations for Customers based upon reporting trends and analysis.

Cleaning
Turner Facilities Management provides training for all cleaning staff in accordance with the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) programme.

BICSc is the only recognised qualification UK and Europe wide that is available in the UK today for cleaning personnel and Turner Facilities Management ensures that all of their staff undertake the relevant industry training. Staff are trained in tasks specific to their role, and are assessed and certified thereafter. This includes; Chemicals, Water, Electricity, Different Floor Coverings, and Hygiene and Food Serving Areas. 

Turner Facilities Management also employs qualified BICSc Assessors who are trained to assess staff under the Multi-site license.

Security
Turner Facilities Management Limited currently holds SIA Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) status for the provision of Manned Guarding and CCTV operatives. We are able to provide these services on a national basis delivering with the focus and feel of a local supplier. Our recent ACS inspection has placed us in the top 15% of ACS accredited security guarding companies providing Manned Guarding and CCTV Services in the country, which is testimony to our high standards.

We have developed processes and procedures that allow us to deliver the highest quality security services. Our business is about people, recruiting the right staff for each assignment and providing them with industry leading and site specific training to equip them for any eventuality in order for them to be safe and successful at what they do. Waste Management
Turner Facilities Management is committed to a collaborative approach with our Customers in providing waste reduction, waste minimisation and recycling practices.  Such practices comply with and  are in accordance with current regulations, legislation and Customers’ strategies and targets

Turner Facilities Management ensures that all relevant and required data submissions pertaining to Controlled Waste, Hazardous Waste, Healthcare Waste and Waste Electronic and Electrical Equipment (WEEE) are presented in accordance with our Customers’ Sustainability Policies and Plans.

Catering
Turner Facilities Management provides food services to a wide range of people in very different environments.  We understand that our Customers all have different needs however, there are a few things that every one of our Customers demand; quality, choice, appetising products and excellent service at a reasonable price.

Our experience in the food services industry, together with our skilled and committed workforce, means that we can meet those challenges irrespective of the environment, in which we provide these services. 

Pest Control
Turner Facilities Management provides a comprehensive pest control service.  This service includes carrying out routine pest control inspections to buildings, both internally and externally, providing a response to all pest control requirements and carrying out required treatments. 

Laundry
Turner Facilities Management works closely with our Customers, in order that we fully understand each Customers individual requirements in providing laundry services.

We conform to standards of hygiene set out in HSC 87 30. In addition to this, Turner Facilities Management are totally familiar with the range of work involved, from the core task of rapidly turning round large quantities of linen, through to the careful handling of personal items of laundry and uniforms.
